United Colours, as a partnership program, is directed by a group of successful individuals from within the world of top-flight motor racing and mainstream business alike. Our goal is to provide high return on investment from marketing through the career development of a select young racing driver with the necessary drive to achieve his goals to the highest level of motor racing.

Our driver selection process is very different form the normal; we are focused on offering an opportunity to a driver from a less obvious background who combines the broadest attractiveness for successful worldwide marketing and the ability to drive a race car at the highest level.

United Colours does not care where a driver is from, or who that driver's parents may be. We will not discriminate on the basis of color, creed or race, and will work with a driver that demonstrates the hunger, intelligence, commitment, and application to make the most of every opportunity.

United Colours does not operate race teams, nor are we a driver management business. We are not here just to pay for the career of a race drivers at any level. Simply stated, we exist to utilize the benefits of our shared experience to maximize the benefits to our partners while helping our driver navigate the less than straight-forward world of International racing and marketing.
